How often have you heard people talk about imposter syndrome?

"Oh I was going to start that but I got a bit of imposter syndrome"

"I have a bit of self doubt probably from imposter syndrome"

"My imposter syndrome is really effecting me right now"

But then there is no further explaintion, no idea what it REALLY is and how to overcome it...........well now there is with
